My Counselling Experience.

Counsellor

BA (Hons) Hum, Dip Integ Counselling PNCPS (Acc.)


I am an  Accredited Professional Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.


I worked as a Volunteer Bereavement Counsellor at St Clare’s Hospice in Jarrow where I provided counselling to people experiencing bereavement.


I Joined Cygnus Support in Ashington as a Volunteer Counsellor. There I continued counselling people who needed help with a wide range of mental health conditions including bereavement, depression, anxiety and also survivors of domestic violence.


I have now qualified as an Online Counsellor and I now offer a blended practice.  You can choose online or face to face counselling.

Face to face counselling is provided at the Blyth Community Enterprise Centre.

  • BA (Hons) in Humanities: Including Psychology, Sociology and History.

  • Diploma of Higher Education in Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling: Including Working with Grief and Loss, Working with issues of Harm and Abuse.
